Established the look and feel of the Zune software welcome view after sign in. The sign-in page was meant to be used as an overview of what had been happening in a users account and social world. If a user had not used the software much to download content, the view took on a more promotional quality; however, if a user was more experienced and part of the Zune social community, the sign in page changed to reflect this.
